CHARACTERISTICS

 
  • Residential 40 mm panel with one central "u" line of 5,5 mm deepness frame in the outside.
  • Widths: 500 mm and 610 mm.
  • High density "Water base" polyurethane foam, NOT "Pentane".
  • Thermal Bridge: 2 Top quality pvc rubbers in the male and in the female of the panel, avoiding "CONECTION BETWEEN STEEL SHEETS".
  • Outside: One central "u" line.
  • Inside: NEW "Flat" stucco surface with no lines in white RAL 9010, for an innovative and better estetic.
  • Inside little matter detail: Costa Panels are developed with the purpose to have a "TOTALLY WHITE" finished in the interior side of the sectional door and therefore our panels have "NO COLOR FRAMES" on the top interior  like many others...
  • Design ensures protection against finger jamming, which conforms to the requirements of European Safety standards (EN 12604)
