CHARACTERISTICS

 
  • Residential 40 mm panel with "v" lines in the outside.
  • Widths: 500 mm and 610 mm.
  • High density "Water base" polyurethane foam, NOT "Pentane".
  • Thermal Bridge: 2 Top quality pvc rubbers in the male and in the female of the panel, avoiding "CONNECTION BETWEEN STEEL SHEETS".
  • Outside: The panels in 500 mm have 4 "v" lines and the panels in 610 mm have 5 "v" lines.
  • Inside: Stucco surface with "v" lines RAL 9010. The panels in 500 mm have 4 "v" lines and the panels in 610 mm have 5 "v"lines.
  • Inside little matter detail: Costa Panels are developed with the purpose to have a "TOTALLY WHITE" finished in the interior side of the panel, therefore our panels have "NO COLOR FRAMES" on the top interior like many others...
  • Design ensures protection against finger jamming, which conforms to the requirements of European Safety standards (EN 12604).
